I can’t begin to tell you how totally impressed my husband and I were with Terri Campbell. We bought and sold a few houses in our lifetime, but never had a realtor as prepared, knowledgable, friendly, competitive and, without a doubt, determined to do better than her best to please us. Our situation was unique in that we were moving from Buffalo, NY to Williamsburg, Virginia. We are in our 70s and needed as much help both emotionally and with keeping up to date with all that’s involved with a move like this. Terri came to our house in Buffalo several times. Never rushed us. We had many questions and she answered every one. She gave us her mobile number and said to call or text with any concerns we might have. We quickly called Terri and asked if she could possibly move the date up to “as soon as possible” and without hesitation she said, “Leave it up to me” and within a day she had a photographer take wonderful pictures of the rooms in our Buffalo home and set up an open house for the weekend. She also talked us into an asking price that we felt was much higher than we thought possible. The day before the open house the buyer of our Buffalo home had a showing and liked it so much he said to ask us to have the open house cancelled and he would not have an inspection and would pay an additional 25,000. When Terri called us with this news we were amazed. We are still telling this story to friends and family. Terri Campbell performed an astonishing feat. Terri did a great job handling the sale of my house. I interviewed 3 agents before choosing her. I chose her because I really liked her website. It was beautifully done. It was professional looking. It had impressive testimonials. But mostly because Terri has experience in the Buffalo market. My house was built in 1895 and is very unique. She knows the market and the neighborhood. The drone video that was posted was fabulous along with the photos. With her expert marketing the house sold within a week. I loved living in the house for the 20 years I owned it but it was the right time to turn it over to someone who will love it as much as I.
